• If you are a member or a regular attender of a church, please have your pastor fill this out.  Pastor Recommendation Form

• Student Records Request

• Affirm the Mission, Vision, and Statement of Faith of the school and all policies set forth in the Handbook.

The family interview requires that both parents and the child or children being considered for admission be present.

Each child may be screened for placement at the time of the family interview.

After prayerful consideration, parents will be notified of the final decision of admittance within 5-7 days after the interview.

If accepted, here are the steps to finalize your student's enrollment:

1. Complete the Online Enrollment Packet via FACTS

- You will receive an email with instructions to fill out and submit the packet online.

2. Set Up a Tuition Payment Plan

- This will be done through FACTS, our tuition management system.

3. Pay the $300 Enrollment & Curriculum Fee

-This fee is required to secure your student’s enrollment and covers the cost of their curriculum materials.

Once these steps are completed, your student’s enrollment will be finalized.

Financial Aid Options

1. Learning To Serve Scholarships
In 2008, the Georgia General Assembly passed HB1133, establishing the Qualified Education Expense Tax Credit Program. This program allows individuals and corporations in Georgia to receive a dollar-for-dollar income tax creditfor contributions to a qualified Student Scholarship Organization (SSO).

• Encourage individuals and businesses to participate in Georgia’s tax credit program to support student scholarships.

• Apply directly at www.learningtoserve.org.

2. Knight Fund
The Knight Fund provides financial aid based on demonstrated financial need and the availability of funds.

Discounts

• Multi-Child Discount: Families with multiple children attending LEAP Academy receive a $200 discount per additional child.
